I have had my own issues in the past with not handling anger very well. In fact, my wife will tell you that at one time, she was pretty sure that I held the world record for broken Television remote controls. To this day, I don’t know what they ever did to me, but I bounced them off of the wall, the floor, coffee-table or anything else that I could find. I had real anger management issues.
Anger, when it is misused, may come and go quickly, but so does a tornado, and just like the aftermath of a tornado, it takes a lot of effort and time to clean up the mess that is left behind.
